Our company is specialized in hiring, operating and distributing office machines, such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines. We also deal with servicing printers and fax machines, and the one-off or regular maintenance of these machines. We distribute (original and generic) toners, ink cartridges, office supplies and IT products. Our aim is to satisfy our customers as much as possible with our professional and high range services. PRODUCTS

Printer supplies: We provide printer supplies for all available machines at the market: toners and imagine units for monochrome and colour laser printers and photocopiers, inject printer ink cartridges, dot printer ribbon cartridges, ink films for thermo transfer fax machines and printers. We also provide recharged laser printer toners (PEAK TONER) and generic ink cartridges which help cost effective printing.

Among our office supplies everything which might be necessary can be found; from data carrier (CDs, DVDs, pen drives etc.) to stationary and hygienic products. Our principal is to make all possible necessary office supplies available for you.

Hardware: We distribute printers, multifunctional machines and photocopiers of all producers available at the Hungarian market. You can also find at us the notebooks and TFT screens of the major producers. We distribute machines with outstanding cost value from each product family.

SERVICES

Servicing: We do the service and the maintenance of laser, inkjet and dot printers, laser and inkjet fax machines, multifunctional machines, and analogue and digital photocopiers. We are specialized in the servicing and maintenance of Hewlett Packard, Kyocera and Samsung printers. With ten years of experience we can claim that we know the perfect solution for servicing office machines. We are fast, our prices are reasonable, we use original spare parts, and we provide you with a 6 months guarantee on our servicing. After acceptance we always provide our customers with a quote and the expected deadline of the servicing. We try to do the servicing on the premise, however if it is not possible, it is done at our workshop. Our clients can bring their machine to us or we can collect and take them back to our clients if needed. We can also provide replacement machines for the duration of servicing.

The primary condition of the smooth operation of an office is the constant ‘ready for working’ condition of the office machines. We offer our clients constant maintenance contracts in different constructions. For further information, please contact us. During maintenance the condition of the specific machines are estimated which helps our clients avoid any probable faulty which could mean extra costs afterwards. Our company also has the philosophy to be cost effective for our clients.

One-off rental: We rent out printers, photocopiers and multifunctional machines for short term as well if needed. It is useful in the following cases:
- If  your own machine is out of order or is being serviced
- If you only need a printer or photocopier for a short term (a couple of weeks or months) to print/copy a large number of pages

Permanent rental: We offer you permanent rental constructions with favourable conditions. In this case we provide you both with the printer/photocopier and all the necessary supplies; we do the regular maintenance and the servicing of the machines if necessary. In case the machine is out of order for longer than a working day, we provide our clients with a replacement machine. The advantages of the construction:
- There is no investment cost
- The amortization cost of the machines isn’t born on the customer
- The upkeep is pre defined and can be estimated beforehand – it can even be 1,50 Ft/sheet + VAT
- The provider is responsible for things to be done in connection with supply (purchase, stockpiling)
- The regular maintenance of the rented machines result in good reliability
- At the end of the rental new contract can be taken out for new machines, which means that our customers can even be provided with new machines every two years with the same costs.

Flat fee: If you do not want to change office machines, we can operate your existing machines as well with favourable conditions. Apart from providing the machines we carry out the same tasks as in case of permanent rental.
The following things are included in the flat fee:
- The price of all supplies needed for the continuous operation of the machines
- The cost of all servicing and maintenance
- The cost of spare parts needed
- The cost of replacement machine in case of the machine is serviced in our workshop
